Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We understand that plans can change. To respect the time reserved specifically for each client and our practitioners’ schedules, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. **Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.** **Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.** We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
